Shipping Policy – DodoHaus

Processing Time
All orders are hand-packed and prepared for shipping within business days of payment confirmation. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method
We use NZ Post for all deliveries within New Zealand. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and your location within New Zealand

Delivery Estimates
While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Standard NZ Post delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Risk and Responsibility
All items are carefully packed. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the order leaves our studio. DodoHaus is not responsible for delays or damage that occur during transit, except where such damage is due to our actions.

Fragile Items
Our products are handmade ceramics. Although we pack them securely, some items are fragile and may be at risk during shipping. Please handle with care once your order is received.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at dodohauspottery@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with NZ Post to help resolve the issue.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.
